Spotlight on: Kids in Distress |
|
In Florida, at least one in every 27 children
is abused or neglected each year. Kids in
Distress, a nationally accredited agency, is
dedicated to helping change that. Twenty-four
hours a day, Kids in Distress protects children
in South Florida from abuse and neglect.
They strive to establish strong and healthy
families that can care for their children and
keep them safe. When they can't, they recruit
and train loving, safe and permanent homes for
these children whose families have failed them.
Recently, Rachlin employees held a
school supplies donation drive for the
organization. Rachlin employees ended the
week-long drive with a Jeans Day. Each
employee donated a minimum $5 to Kids In
Distress and wore their favorite jeans to work
to show their support.
You can show your support too! Contact
