Shaun
Blogg is partner-in-charge of the Rachlin's West Palm Beach office,
a leadership role that aligns his skills and expertise to meet the
growing needs of the West Palm Beach community.
Since the inception of his career in South Africa, Mr. Blogg has
successfully serviced a client portfolio consisting of large-
and medium-sized, closely held companies. In addition to his auditing
and accounting experience, he has been involved with local and
international tax planning for corporations and individuals, serving
clients across a broad range of industries.
In the corporate finance sector, Mr. Blogg has financially re-engineered
debt and equity frameworks to optimize profitability, and he has created
and instituted business plans. Additionally, he has negotiated, co-coordinated
and conducted investigations and due diligence reviews relating to mergers,
takeovers and acquisitions.
Mr. Blogg is a CPA licensed by the state of Massachusetts
and a chartered accountant licensed in South Africa.
