Robert Thomas is a principal in the firm's Tax and
Business Services division. He has more than 25 years of
experience providing accounting and advisory services to a
diverse group of clients. He also offers specialized advisory
and transactional planning to assist clients in successfully
achieving their operational and financial goals.
Mr. Thomas also has many years of experience in the
not-for-profit/tax-exempt arena. He leads the firm's tax-exempt
advisory services group, a specialty group created to assist
clients with the unique transactional and operational problems
encountered by such organizations. From initial filing for exempt
status to compliance monitoring and operational efficiency
studies, Mr. Thomas brings a wealth of insight and direction
to help not-for-profit clients achieve their mission. He also
continually monitors the regulatory and compliance rules for
these organizations to keep clients aware of required changes.
