Marc Powers is chief financial officer for Rachlin LLP and its related companies, including Rachlin Design, Rachlin Financial Staffing and Rachlin Healthcare Advisors. In addition, he is a founding board member and chief financial officer of the Rachlin Foundation. As chief financial officer, Mr. Powers leads the firm’s annual budgetary process and oversees all financial operations for the firm.
Along with his executive responsibilities, Mr. Powers is a member of the firm’s Tax & Business Services division and oversees financial statement preparation. His clients include closely held and family-controlled businesses ranging from small companies to multi-million dollar corporations. A trusted financial advisor, Mr. Powers helps clients navigate their growth through economic times and successfully and seamlessly transition from generation to generation.
Mr. Powers has more than 25 years accounting industry experience. Under his financial leadership the firm has grown to become one of the largest public accounting firms in the state and among the top 100 in the nation. Mr. Powers is a member of the firm’s executive committee, which oversees strategic planning, and its operations committee, which directs the day-to-day operations of the firm.
