Morris Hollander has more than 40 years of experience. He is a partner in the Assurance Division specializing in SEC services. He represents publicly held as well as private companies in a wide range of industries. He is also the technical resource partner for the firm on all professional practice matters, and he is involved in peer review services performed by the firm.
In addition, Mr. Hollander provides litigation support services, and he has served as an expert witness before state and federal courts on accounting and auditing matters, including the application of professional standards.
Mr. Hollander teaches continuing education courses for Rachlin and for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); his subjects include SEC reporting, public company issues, and current accounting and auditing matters. Mr. Hollander has also participated in various speaking engagements dealing with current SEC accounting and reporting developments. He has also held numerous leadership positions within the AICPA, including chairman of the Peer Review Committee, as well as within the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
