Mark Fromberg is a partner in Rachlin’s Commercial and SEC Assurance practice. Mr. Fromberg has more than 25 years of experience in SEC registrations and quarterly and annual reporting. In addition to extensive expertise in the areas of auditing and accounting issues, he has substantial experience in preparing companies for sale, corporate mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs. Mr. Fromberg’s expertise also includes developing business plans, raising capital, procuring lines of credit and coordinating the structuring involved in working capital arrangements and business valuations.
Mr. Fromberg has provided general business advisory services to companies in industries ranging from manufacturing to distribution, from construction to fast food restaurants as well as various service organizations.
