Jorge Herrera is a partner in Rachlin’s Commercial and
SEC Assurance practice. He has more than 18 years of
experience providing accounting, auditing and advisory
services for public and private enterprises across a variety
of industries, both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Herrera assists his clients with complex accounting
and auditing issues, including initial public offerings as well
as mergers and acquisitions and reporting under International
Financial Reporting Standards.

In addition, Mr. Herrera leads the assurance practice’s
professional standards committee and is responsible for
in-house training seminars for professional staff of the firm.
