Hylton Wynick is a principal in the firm's Advisory
Services division. He specializes in representing bankruptcy
trustees who oversee both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases,
primarily in the Southern District of Florida and the Southern
District of New York. Mr. Wynick also represents debtors and
creditors in bankruptcy matters as well as state court
receivers and attorneys in divorce proceedings. He has assisted
the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal
Bureau of Investigation in the recovery of assets and in the
forensic analysis of the entities under investigation.
Mr. Wynick worked for a number of years in the Audit
division of an international accounting firm in both the
Johannesburg, South Africa and Miami, Florida offices. During
that time, he concentrated on clients in the manufacturing,
retail and publishing industries. Mr. Wynick additionally spent
several years at an asset based lending bank with primary
responsibility for the analysis of financial data regarding
lending decisions.
