Community Involvement
Rachlin believes that sharing with others is one of the core values that guide our employees,
our decisions and our actions. We strive to foster an environment in which our professionals can
contribute their time and energy to their families, their neighbors and their communities. As a
firm, we acknowledge and embrace our role as a responsible, involved citizen and community leader.
Rachlin's community involvement goes beyond volunteering with charities and donating money. Many of
the professionals of the firm have been actively involved in not for profits for several years and many
have played a part in the creation of organizations. Organizations include the I Have a Dream Foundation,
Family Counseling Services of Miami Dade, Healthy Mothers - Healthy Babies of Broward County, Miami Dade
Public School's AYMS program, and the Hospice of Palm Beach County Inc.

The 18th Annual Broward County Humane Society Walk for the Animals was held on March 1, 2008. Sixteen enthusiastic Rachlin employees and their pups joined our “pack” the Rachlin Rascals for the event. The fundraiser enables the Broward County Humane Society to properly care for animals in their facility by supplying: food, shelter, vaccinations, toys, love, and most importantly, they find them a new loving home.

The
firm also has a Volunteer Committee responsible for identifying
and coordinating hands-on volunteer initiatives for each office.
We've helped build homes, served food to the homeless, and collected
school supplies for underprivileged children. We also have several
programs like our annual toy drive during the holidays and "Jeans
Day" where once a month employees can wear jeans to work if they
donate at least five dollars to selected local charities. Rachlin
proudly matches the contributions collected and in August, "Jeans
Day" raised over $12,000 for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.

The
Rachlin Foundation was established to support charitable causes. The foundation holds events throughout the year to raise
money for numerous organizations, matching dollar for dollar all contributions.

At Rachlin, we understand that being the best that we can means doing our best for others, too.
 As part of the Rachlin's commitment to giving back, Rachlin Design donated its design services to support UM/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center Coupons for a Cure Holiday Gift Program. The Rachlin Design team created two card designs to promote the program. Rachlin additionally worked with UM/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center representatives to create a simplified order form. The Holiday Gift Program is one facet of the Coupons for a Cure program which runs throughout the year and offers companies and individuals a meaningful alternative to gift-giving.
